Protecting the wastewater system before problems develop
Fats, oils and grease can cool and accumulate inside drainage pipework. Food particles can become trapped within that build-up, progressively restricting flow and contributing to odours, blockages, overflows and avoidable plumbing work.
A correctly selected grease trap creates a dedicated capture point where retained grease and solids can be inspected and removed before they travel further through the wastewater system.
