BioSure Compliance, Testing & New Zealand Applications

Conformity, evidence & New Zealand support

International product evidence supported by WCTNZ® New Zealand application expertise

BioSure Professional equipment is supported by manufacturer conformity information, international registrations, independent laboratory testing and application-specific technical documentation.

WCTNZ® brings that technical product foundation into the New Zealand market with local supply, product-selection, documentation and application support.

    International conformity & registrations

    WDS Series

BioSure documentation lists ISO, CE, NSF and RoHS, together with a US EPA Registered Establishment and EU Authorised Biocidal Product Manufacturer.

    WTO Series

BioSure documentation lists ISO, CE, NSF and RoHS, together with US EPA Product Registration and EU Authorised Biocidal Product Manufacturer.

    OWS & G Series

BioSure documentation lists ISO, CE and RoHS, together with US EPA Product Registration and EU Authorised Biocidal Product Manufacturer.

    Independent efficacy testing

The BioSure technical evidence library includes independent laboratory reports covering defined models, test conditions and sanitation applications.

This includes third-party testing of ozonated water generated by the WDS1200X / EOS7211-BX using the UNE-EN 13697 methodology, together with SGS testing associated with BioSure aqueous ozone and portable sprayer applications.

    Evidence matched to the product

WCTNZ® matches available conformity, test and technical documentation to the applicable BioSure model so commercial customers, consultants and project teams can review information relevant to the equipment being considered.

    New Zealand electrical applications

Electrical appliances and fittings supplied into New Zealand sit within the Electricity (Safety) Regulations 2010 and the associated electrical-product compliance framework.

WCTNZ® considers the applicable New Zealand electrical requirements for the BioSure product configuration being supplied and the supporting supplier documentation relevant to that equipment.

    New Zealand water-supply applications

New Zealand Building Code Clause G12 — Water Supplies provides the framework for relevant building water-supply work and protection of potable water.

WCTNZ® can support selection of the BioSure equipment within the wider treatment and plumbing arrangement for the project.

Ozone in New Zealand drinking-water treatment

Ozone is recognised within New Zealand's Drinking Water Quality Assurance Rules as a treatment process for applicable registered drinking-water supplies.

Depending on the treatment configuration, the complete ozone process can incorporate monitored parameters including ozone residual, contact time, turbidity and flow.

    Food processing & food-service applications

BioSure Professional equipment is used internationally across food processing, produce sanitation, ice, beverage, commercial kitchens, brewing, winery and food-contact hygiene applications.

WCTNZ® can work with New Zealand food businesses around equipment selection and the hygiene process being incorporated into the site's applicable food-safety system.

    Dental, healthcare & specialist applications

Selected BioSure systems are marketed for dental waterlines, laboratory water, healthcare and specialist process-water applications.

WCTNZ® can provide the model-specific technical information relevant to the intended New Zealand application.

WCTNZ® New Zealand support: BioSure's international conformity and efficacy evidence provides the technical product foundation, while WCTNZ® provides the local supply, documentation and application-support layer for New Zealand projects.
