BioSure Professional Setup & First Use

A BioSure Professional system should be commissioned around the operating conditions for which the equipment was selected.

First use therefore starts with confirming the equipment, water conditions and treatment objective rather than simply connecting power.

1. Confirm the equipment

Check the BioSure model number, supplied components, power supply and current user or installation documentation before commissioning.

Record the model and serial number where available so the equipment can be correctly identified for future servicing and replacement components.

2. Confirm the operating water

For water-treatment systems, confirm that the source water is within the operating range specified for the model.

TDS, conductivity, hardness, filtration, water temperature, flow and pressure may affect both treatment performance and service life.

3. Confirm the treatment objective

Establish what the equipment is being used to achieve — for example waterline hygiene, ice-machine treatment, stored-water sanitation, produce washing, surface hygiene, odour management or a commercial process duty.

The operating method and treatment schedule should follow the guidance for that application and the selected model.
