Check the operating conditions first
Common checks for water quality, flow, scaling, power and generator condition
Troubleshooting a BioSure Professional system should start with the exact model and its current operating conditions.
A symptom that appears to be an equipment fault can also be caused by unsuitable source water, restricted flow, mineral scale, incorrect pressure or a generator component reaching its service interval.
Repeated scaling can indicate that hardness, filtration or water chemistry differs from the conditions for which the system was selected.
Where service intervals become unusually short, check the source-water conditions rather than relying only on repeated cleaning.
If there is concern about the microbiological or chemical quality of drinking water, WCTNZ® can assist with the BioSure product-side assessment while the water supply and complete treatment system are checked using the appropriate testing process.
To make support faster, provide the model number, serial number, photographs of the installation, current symptom and approximate operating hours.
For water systems, include TDS or conductivity, hardness, temperature, filtration, flow and pressure where known.
