Compostable Bin Liners

Suitable for Bambooloo™ - Classic, Carbon; EcoLet™ - Separera NE 30, Separera Mini Urine Container, Separera Mini Urine Extraction; Sun-Mar™ - GTG

These compostable bin liners are breathable, soft and strong. Most importantly though, they are compostable and biodegradable.

Whilst the Bambooloo or any other (solids only) chamber can be used without a bin liner, using these makes management of your system quicker, simpler, and more pleasant. Lining the chamber with a compostable liner eliminates the need to wash out the bucket, chamber or receptacle after each use.

Brief Instructions 

Simply line the bucket, chamber or receptacle with one of these ventilated bin liners, use the system as normal and at the end, simply tie up the liner and take it directly to the compost; the liner will compost along with the contents.

Never use the liner to carry compost on its own - always carry full bags over to the compost pile within the compost bucket/chamber/receptacle and tip the full liner out of into the compost.

Using these compostable bags will help make your Waterless Composting Toilet experience even more pleasant and is a user-friendly way of returning organic matter to the earth – as nature intended. Using compostable bags saves time and is still doing the environment a big favour!

What is it made from

These bags are manufactured from Matter-Bi, which is a family of bioplastics that use vegetable components such as starch. No palm oil or GE (GMO) materials are used in the manufacturing of these bags.

Notes; Compostable bin liners are susceptible to deterioration in storage and in instances of exposure to sunlight, heat, water and/or humidity. Please store accordingly.

Notes; Compostable bin liners have a limited shelf-life of one year - please do not buy more than you need.

Notes; Compostable bin liners are intended to be used as bin liners in containment-type composting toilets to reduce maintenance around cleaning and to simplify removal and disposal of waste. These liners are not meant for carrying purposes - always carry full bags within the compost bucket/chamber/receptacle.
