Why this kit is used

Convert the standard wall-vent pathway to a vertical roof vent

Separera Mini systems are normally supplied around the standard external-wall ventilation pathway. This kit is used where the installation instead requires the vent to continue vertically through the building and terminate above the roof.

The components are selected to maintain the dedicated EcoLet™ ventilation pathway while providing insulation and a weatherproof roof penetration.

Installation Kit includes

4 × 1.1m ventilation pipes with approximately 55mm outside diameter.
1 × 1.1m exterior pipe with approximately 110mm outside diameter.
2 × 1m insulation lengths.
Reducing coupling.
Roof flashing.
Insect netting.

Extension option

Additional 1.1m ventilation extensions

One exterior-rated insulation length for the 50mm-class vent pipe.

Pipe saddle

One 50mm pipe saddle.

Installed length

Approximately 1.1m per extension.

Two to three additional extensions may be required where the ventilation stack extends above a multi-storey building or otherwise requires additional height.

Use the dedicated EcoLet™ vent components

Important: Standard New Zealand plumbing fittings are not interchangeable with the dedicated EcoLet™ ventilation pipe.

Do not use more than two bends in the complete Separera Mini vent route.

Above-roof ventilation components are not part of the standard Separera Mini package unless specifically included through the selected installation option.
