EcoLet™ 240 range ventilation accessory

EcoLet™ | Through-Wall Installation Kit for the 240V Range

A dedicated insulated through-wall ventilation pathway for heated EcoLet™ 240-series systems.

Use this kit where the standard through-ceiling vent arrangement is not suitable and the vent needs to pass through an external wall before rising outside.

Insulate heated-system vents exposed outdoors

Heated EcoLet™ ventilation pipe must be insulated where the vent route is exposed to outside air.

The standard EcoLet™ package uses a through-ceiling vent route, so this additional kit is only required where the through-wall configuration is selected.

Through-Wall Installation Kit includes

Black through-wall kit assembly.
One additional 50mm 45-degree bend.

Extension package

External vertical-stack extensions

2 × 1.2m black 100mm outer housing extensions.
2 × exterior-rated insulation lengths for the 50mm ventilation pipe.
The 50mm internal vent pipe is supplied through the base EcoLet™ system pathway.
2 × 100mm pipe saddles.
Timber or masonry mounting hardware to suit the selected mounting surface.

Each 1.2m extension provides approximately 1.1m of installed extension length. Additional extensions may be required for taller buildings.

Vent design

Keep the vent path open and gradual

Do not use 90-degree elbows.

No bend in the 240-series fan-forced vent route should be sharper than 45 degrees.

Use no more than three bends in total.

Standard NZ plumbing fittings are not interchangeable with the dedicated EcoLet™ ventilation components.
