Finance Options
WCTNZ® provides a range of finance and payment options to help customers access the wastewater systems they need, when they need them.
Finance and payment options may be available for composting toilets, greywater systems, toilet buildings, system packages, and related WCTNZ® products. Availability depends on the provider, order value, customer eligibility, and current provider terms.
Important finance note
Finance is provided by third-party providers and is subject to approval, provider terms, availability, credit assessment, order conditions, and WCTNZ® deposit or shipping requirements where applicable.
Check the total project cost first
Many WCTNZ® products are part of a wider project. The product itself may only be one part of the final cost. Before applying for finance, it is important to understand the full quote, any shipping costs, required accessories, consumables, and any wider system package requirements.
Some finance options are available directly at checkout. Other finance or support pathways require a formal quote or application process before approval.

Afterpay
Afterpay offers a short-term payment service, allowing eligible customers to receive goods upfront while spreading the cost of the purchase over four fortnightly interest-free payments.
The Afterpay transaction limit for WCTNZ® is currently $4,000. Customers may be able to use Afterpay for purchases up to that value, provided their individual Afterpay account spending limit allows.
Afterpay can also be used on purchases that exceed the customer’s Afterpay spending limit if the balance is paid upfront.
*Afterpay spending limits are specific to the customer’s individual Afterpay account.
Gilrose Finance
Gilrose Finance offers building-lending short-term loans from 6 to 36 months with competitive interest rates and fees. This can allow customers to purchase the system they need without compromising the project pathway.
Gilrose Finance is available on purchases over $2,000, subject to approval and Gilrose Finance terms.
Application process
WCTNZ® can help with the loan application form, or you can apply directly through the Gilrose Finance application link. You will need to know the total cost of your system package, so please ask WCTNZ® for a complete quote before applying.
Gilrose Finance may require two acceptable forms of ID. Primary ID may include a driver licence, passport, or firearms licence. Secondary ID may include an embossed card such as a credit card, EFTPOS card, debit card, 18+ card, SuperGold Card, or Community Services Card.
Repayment period note: Loan duration and repayment intervals are established by the preferred repayment sum. WCTNZ® can provide options for repayment periods from 6 to 36 months. Longer terms are not always better, as the total cost of the loan is higher over a longer period.
WINZ Quotes
WINZ Quotes may allow eligible customers to receive assistance through Work and Income to purchase products they need.
As a registered WINZ supplier, WCTNZ® can provide an itemised quote that customers can take to WINZ for approval.

WINZ Payment Cards
WINZ Payment Cards can be used to buy approved essential items. This option can be used for in-store purchases at the WCTNZ® physical location only.
Customers need to get a Payment Card from WINZ, then apply for money to be placed on the Payment Card through MyMSD or at a local WINZ office. Once approved, customers generally have 7 days to use the Payment Card.
Laybuy
Laybuy is currently suspended / pending company renewal for WCTNZ®. This option should only be used if it is shown as available at checkout or confirmed by WCTNZ®.
Laybuy offers a short-term payment service, allowing eligible customers to receive goods upfront while spreading the cost of a purchase over six weekly interest-free payments. The previous maximum Laybuy amount was $2,000, and Laybuy could be used on larger purchases if the balance was paid upfront.
