Each pathway has a different purpose. Choosing the right form helps WCTNZ® assess your request faster and avoids confusion about returns, warranty, credit, or supply terms.
If your order is visible in your WCTNZ® account and the Return Request / RMA option is available, please use that account process first. If the RMA option is not available, your order was placed manually, or your request relates to warranty, testing, repair, trade, credit, or bulk supply, use the relevant form below.
This pathway is mainly for support, warranty assessment, testing, repair, parts assessment, older orders, manual/project orders, or cases where the normal account/RMA option is unavailable or unsuitable.
Use this form only when requested by WCTNZ®, when your normal account/RMA pathway is unavailable, or when your request relates to warranty assessment, testing, repair, parts support, or return authorisation.
These forms are for business account setup, credit review, bulk supply, wholesale enquiries, or selected commercial supply arrangements.
For trade customers requesting the Trade10 discount account pathway. Trade10 is not a line of credit.
For established trade customers seeking a line of credit by eligibility review or invitation. Approval is not automatic.
For selected bulk, pallet, project, wholesale, resale, and authorised sales channel enquiries.
The standard return request/RMA pathway is time limited. WCTNZ® uses a 30-day return grace period, with the website RMA setting able to remain open slightly longer to allow for dispatch and delivery timing. After the return grace period has expired, this form pathway does not create a general right of return, refund, exchange, or credit.
After that period, any request is assessed under the applicable warranty, testing and repair process, replacement parts pathway, paid service pathway, or any remedy required by New Zealand law. No product, part, or system should be returned to WCTNZ® until WCTNZ® has issued written return instructions, an RMA, or a Return Authorisation.
