Developed for practical greywater reuse

GreyFlow™ greywater diversion systems were developed in Australia to help households reuse suitable greywater during drought conditions, water restrictions and rising water costs.

The system is primarily used to filter and pump laundry, shower and basin water into irrigation and subsurface land-application systems where the site is suitable.

For long-term garden and soil outcomes, low-phosphorus and low-salt detergents are recommended when using greywater for irrigation.

Filtering, pumping and diversion

Filters greywater through a large 250mm pre-filter to help protect the pump and irrigation system.
Uses automatic pump activation by float switch.
Pumps filtered greywater to a garden irrigation or subsurface land-application pathway.
Supports practical access for filter cleaning and ongoing system maintenance.

Maintenance and compliance

Manual filter access and site-specific installation

The GreyFlow™ PS-AG Plug & Play range includes manual-cleaning and automatic backflushing filtration options. This page is for the Manual 100W model.

With the manual-cleaning option, filters are typically cleaned every 3–4 months, depending on system use and site conditions.

The system includes fail-safe automatic diversion to sewer when the system is off for winter and during power outages.

Generally not suitable for kitchen greywater without a grease trap inline and appropriate design for fats, oils, food solids and heavier greywater loading.
