Automatic backflush greywater bundle
GreyFlow™ | PS-AG Automatic Greywater Recovery Package
An automatic backflushing GreyFlow™ greywater recovery bundle for homes and sites where suitable greywater can be diverted from an existing sewer or onsite treatment pathway and reused through a subsurface field.
This package is best understood as a greywater recovery / diversion setup. It is especially relevant where a legal backflush discharge pathway already exists or can be provided as part of the site design.

This is a grouped GreyFlow™ recovery bundle page rather than one sealed kit. Select the required PS-AG Automatic model and supporting products from the list below so the package matches your site, pumping duty and discharge pathway.
This package is intended for sites where suitable greywater can be recovered from an existing sewer or onsite treatment pathway and reused through a subsurface irrigation / hydration field.
Package pathway
Automatic backflushing greywater recovery
Greywater source
Shower, bathroom basin and laundry greywater are the normal recovery streams for the PS-AG Automatic pathway.
Recovery concept
Greywater that would otherwise move to sewer or onsite treatment can be diverted and reused through a suitable subsurface field.
Automatic backflush
The automatic backflush feature requires a legal discharge pathway for backflush water.
Land application
A GreyFlow™ dripper package is included in the pathway for subsurface distribution, subject to site suitability.
Automatic backflush requirement
Backflush water must have somewhere to go
Automatic backflush requirement: The PS-AG Automatic system requires a suitable backflush discharge pathway. This is normally an existing sewer mains connection or an onsite wastewater treatment system that can receive the backflush flow. It should not be treated as a standalone greywater-only system without confirming where the backflush water will discharge.

Why these products are grouped
A higher-value recovery pathway
- Supports greywater recovery from homes and sites already connected to sewer or onsite treatment.
- Reduces routine filter-cleaning compared with manual-clean greywater diversion systems.
- Useful where the customer wants a lower-maintenance GreyFlow™ pathway.
- Allows suitable greywater to be reused for landscape hydration through a subsurface field.
Site and consent context
Recovery systems still need design confirmation
Site suitability note: Final system selection depends on greywater source, sewer or treatment connection, backflush discharge pathway, pumping head, soil conditions, land-application area, local authority requirements and installation method.
NZ Building Code and council review: WCTNZ® can provide product information, technical documentation and consent-support information for customers, designers, builders, plumbers and wastewater professionals reviewing a greywater recovery pathway.
