Check that filters are seated and clean, valves are open, and the rotor/indexer (if used) is advancing. Open the manual flush to purge air. If auto filtration, confirm the controller is powered and backflush completes.
This often indicates high debris load. Clean or swap filters, verify inlet screening, and re-observe cycle timing. Inspect float switches and cable connections per the panel diagram.
Confirm overflow is clear, and that stormwater isn’t entering the pit. Check non-return valves and that discharge lines are not blocked or running uphill beyond pump spec. Keep discharge below mulch/soil.
Greywater must remain below mulch/soil. Inspect dripline depth, mulch cover, and station run lengths. Flush with fresh water and adjust distribution so each zone operates within limits.
Verify wiring per the cabinet diagram; inspect for debris around the blower; check that the enclosure holes remain open for air entry; reset and repeat a backflush cycle.
