Standard LooCube™ buildings are designed to provide durable, practical and cost-aware public toilet facilities using proven building layouts and package inclusions.
- 316 stainless steel fixtures and fittings.
- Covered veranda, stainless steel handrails and balustrading unless otherwise specified.
- Step-by-step installation instructions, with items marked for easy reference.
- Kit-set packed for ease of transport.
- Pre-cut and pre-drilled sections with screws, nuts, bolts, washers, joiners and brace plates included.
- Frame, decking, internal flooring and stairs built from FRP material for high strength, low weight, slip resistance, corrosion and termite resistance and low maintenance.
- Lockable lined doors with door closers.
- Mono-pitch / skillion roof profile.
- Cyclone zone enhancements to Category 3 rating, with reference to the Form 15 Engineers Structural Report where applicable.
- Australian Form 15 Engineers Structural Report supplied where applicable.
Custom buildings
Custom package service and optional upgrades
Custom LooCube™ buildings can be tailored to suit project requirements, budget, site conditions and customer preferences. WCTNZ® can assist with consultation, options review and package scoping before a final written quotation is prepared.
- Heavy-duty corrugated iron sheeting for corrosive or more severe environments.
- External walls and roof lined with standard corrugated iron sheeting, with colour selection from the supplied colour chart.
- Internal wall lining with mini corrugated iron sheeting, excluding underfloor enclosure where selected.
- Translucent roof panels for increased natural lighting.
- Underfloor enclosure with pad-lockable hinged doors for access to compost tanks.
- Gutters, downpipes and water tank options with FRP tank stand where required.
- Composting toilet componentry and associated fixtures and fittings.
- Curved or gable roof options instead of mono-pitch.
- Complete stair assembly, shower cubicles or change cubicles where required.
- Solar power kit options.
- Building application drawings and engineer’s certification for a specific site, with soil reports to be provided by the client where required.
- Special customer requirements, including pre-assembly and site assembly services where available.
- Project-specific modifications where required for more demanding environmental or site conditions.

Building package
Standard LooCube™, AirCube™, ChangeCube™, FlexiCube™ and related building options depending on project type.
Toilet system
Can be paired with suitable waterless, composting, dry toilet or other project-appropriate toilet-system packages.
Foundation / fixing options
Project-scoped options may include bolt-to-slab / concrete-paver base fixing, screw piles or concrete piles, subject to site and engineering requirements.
Water supply options
Optional water tank packages can be scoped as gravity-fed or pumped supply, with tank stand options where required.
Access and site fit
Ramps, stairs, tank stands, shade structures, remote deployment and accessibility options can be considered during the project scope.
