Genuine BioSure Professional replacement cartridges, ozone-generator components and service parts support the designed operation and ongoing maintenance of compatible BioSure equipment.
Replacement components are model-specific. Different systems use different generator capacities, water-quality ranges, electrical arrangements and service components, so the equipment model and component reference should be confirmed before ordering.
Product lifecycle support: selected BioSure Professional generator assemblies may be eligible for manufacturer replacement or remanufacturing arrangements. Eligibility depends on the product, component condition and current manufacturer programme.
New Zealand renewal support: before disposing of an existing generator or ordering a replacement, contact WCTNZ® with the product model and serial number.
WCTNZ® can confirm component compatibility and any applicable return, manufacturer-remanufacturing, freight or replacement arrangement for the particular product.
Correct model identification is required before WCTNZ® confirms replacement-component compatibility.
