This policy explains WCTNZ® pricing pathways, including retail pricing, Trade10 accounts, wholesale and bulk purchase accounts, price matching, credit account eligibility, and store credit handling.
Discounts, account types, finance arrangements, store credit, and wholesale pricing are subject to the conditions below and may not be combined unless WCTNZ® expressly agrees in writing.
WCTNZ® may offer different pricing pathways depending on customer type, account status, product range, order size, and supply arrangement. Discounts cannot be combined with other sales, discounts, bulk rates, or special pricing unless expressly approved by WCTNZ® in writing.
Retail customers may access sale offers, selected bulk purchase price breaks, and standard website pricing where applicable.
Approved trade customers may access the TRADE10 discount account pathway, subject to the account requirements below.
Wholesale pricing is only available on selected brands or selected product lines and is not available across the full WCTNZ® catalogue.
Store credit is not a points or rewards programme. It is used only where WCTNZ® issues a credit, back credit, refund credit, goodwill credit, or promotional credit.
Retail pricing is available to customers registered on the WCTNZ® website.
Sales Page Offers: Sales are available under the Sales page. The sale price is limited to one item per customer. Discounts cannot be combined with other sales or discounts.
Online Bulk Purchase Price Breaks: “The more you buy, the more you save” is available on selected items.

Trade pricing is available to approved trade customers registered on the WCTNZ® website.
TRADE10 Discount: Provides a fixed 10% discount on the GST-exclusive pricing. Discounts cannot be combined with other sales or discounts.
Online Bulk Purchase Price Breaks: “The more you buy, the more you save” is available on selected items.
Bulk Rate Priority: The bulk rate is second to the trade price. Discounts cannot be combined with other sales or discounts.

The TRADE10 account is a trade discount account only. It does not create a line of credit, delayed payment arrangement, or charge account. Unless WCTNZ® expressly approves a separate credit account in writing, all orders remain payable under the standard payment terms.
Trade pricing is only available to approved account holders. Please sign up for a WCTNZ® account or contact WCTNZ® to discuss trade account approval.
To hold a Trade10 account, you need to maintain the following:
Minimum Purchase Requirement: $6,000 of purchases every 12 months.
Grace Period: If this has not occurred, you will be notified and provided with a 1-month grace period to fulfil the purchasing requirement; otherwise, the account will revert to the standard purchasing price.
Reinstating a Trade10 account after cancellation: If your account is cancelled due to failure to satisfy Trade10 purchasing requirements, you will need to purchase $3,000 worth of goods at standard price within 6 months. Afterwards, your Trade10 account can be reactivated.
Credit accounts are separate from Trade10 discount accounts. A customer may hold a Trade10 discount account without having any approved line of credit.
Credit accounts may be available to trade customers who have purchased at least NZD $12,000 over a consecutive 12-month period. This policy reflects the level of ongoing business required for credit arrangements to be considered.
Eligibility threshold: at least NZD $12,000 in purchases over a consecutive 12-month period.
Application required: customers must request a credit account and provide any information reasonably required by WCTNZ®.
Approval is not automatic: all applications are subject to approval, account history, payment history, trade references, credit checks, and WCTNZ® internal review.
Credit limit: WCTNZ® may set, amend, suspend, or withdraw a credit limit at its discretion, subject to applicable law and any written credit agreement.
Payment terms: invoice payment dates, overdue account rules, account holds, and any recovery costs will be confirmed in writing if a credit account is approved.
Account conduct: overdue payment, disputed accounts, failed payment history, change in business status, or misuse of the account may result in credit suspension or withdrawal.

Wholesale and bulk purchase pricing may be available for selected large-scale orders and project needs. Wholesale pricing is not available across the full WCTNZ® product catalogue and is only possible on selected brands, selected product lines, or selected supply arrangements approved by WCTNZ®.
Availability: wholesale pricing is available only on selected brands or selected product lines, and may include ranges such as Nature Loo™ Alectura Range and CompoCloset™ Range where currently approved.
Minimum Order Requirement: wholesale orders generally require a minimum of 25 units, unless WCTNZ® agrees otherwise in writing.
Exclusive Discounts: approved bulk orders may qualify for a larger discount off the tax-exclusive price.
Purchase Orders: orders must be placed using an official Purchase Order.
Payment Terms: payment must be made in full before processing and delivery. Credit terms are not available for wholesale orders unless WCTNZ® has expressly approved separate written terms.
Delivery Confirmation: delivery timelines will be confirmed upon order approval.
Authorised Sales Channels: selected wholesale opportunities may be subject to authorised sales channels, brand restrictions, distribution limits, project conditions, or other supply rules.

For eligible requests, provide the competitor’s product name, brand, specifications, a verifiable quote including taxes and shipping, and confirmation of stock availability. We will respond within 2 business days.
Purchases under $1,000 NZD are not eligible for price matching to maintain consistent pricing and quality standards.
WCTNZ® does not operate a points-based store credit or rewards programme for reviews, testimonials, purchases, or customer activity.
Store credit may be issued by WCTNZ® only in selected circumstances, such as a refund credit, back credit, account adjustment, goodwill credit, approved promotional credit, or giveaway credit.
Value: 1 Store Credit has the equivalent value of 1 NZD when used on eligible WCTNZ® online store purchases.
Account requirement: Store credit is available to account holders only and may be recorded against the customer’s WCTNZ® account.
Eligible use: Store credit may be used towards eligible goods on the WCTNZ® online store unless WCTNZ® states otherwise.
Services excluded: Store credit cannot be used on WCTNZ® services outside the online store unless WCTNZ® expressly agrees in writing.
No cash redemption: Store credit is not redeemable for cash.
Validity period: Store credit is valid for 365 days unless a different expiry is stated when the credit is issued.
Promotional or giveaway credit: WCTNZ® may issue store credit as part of a promotion, giveaway, customer goodwill gesture, or special offer. Any special conditions will apply as stated at the time of issue.
Refund or back credit: Where WCTNZ® issues credit instead of another remedy, the terms attached to that credit will depend on the original transaction, applicable law, and any written agreement with the customer.
Customers do not automatically earn store credit by making purchases, submitting reviews, submitting testimonials, or engaging with WCTNZ®. Any store credit must be issued by WCTNZ® and recorded against the customer’s account.
