Store Credit Program

About

Store Credit is equivalent to monetary value and can be used towards purchases of any goods on the WCTNZ® online store.

Store Credit cannot be used on WCTNZ® services outside the online store.

Store Credit is not redeemable for cash.

Store Credit is valid for 365 days.

Earn Store Credit by:

• Reviewing products you have purchased from WCTNZ®
• Submitting a Testimonial about your experience with WCTNZ®

Product Reviews

Instructions: Log into your WCTNZ® account, go to Order History, select your product and review on the Product Review tab.

Conditions:

1. Product reviews are to be completed through the customer's WCTNZ® online account
2. Only products purchased under the account are available for review
3. Each product review is rewarded with $10 Store Credit

Testimonials

Instructions: Fill out the Testimonial Form here or send us an email detailing your experience with WCTNZ® to sales@wctnz.co.nz

Conditions:

1. You must have a confirmed history of engaging with WCTNZ® to submit a Testimonial and receive Store Credit
2. Testimonials that are not linked to known engagement will not be accepted and will not receive Store Credit
3. Testimonials are reviewed by WCTNZ® and may be made public on our website and social media accounts
4. You must have a WCTNZ® online account to receive Store Credit
5. Each testimonial is rewarded with $20 Store Credit

Reward Points Program

Update as of 2/10/23: Reward Points have been discontinued and replaced with the Store Credit program. Existing Reward Points have been converted to Store Credit and are still usable until their expiry period.

What are Reward Points?

Value

• The exchange rate is for every $100 NZD spent you will receive 1 Reward Point
• Every Reward Point has the equivalent value of 1 NZD Dollar spent in-store
• Reward Points have 365 days of validity

Conditions

Registrations to the same address will not be granted free reward points and their account will be cancelled or changed if they make a purchase with this newly registered account.

Save on Delivery

Volume buying brings delivery costs down. As the volume of the goods packaged goes up, you will get bulk delivery rates through our freight providers.
