If the RMA option is no longer available, your order was placed manually, or your request relates to warranty, testing, repair, parts, or technical assessment, use this form.

Use this form for warranty assessment, testing, repair, parts support, or return authorisation.

Do not return any goods until WCTNZ® has issued written return instructions.

No-fault testing, freight, cleaning, handling, and labour charges may apply.

Goods must be clean, safe to handle, securely packed, and freight prepaid unless WCTNZ® agrees otherwise in writing.
